How to Use the Pedicure Disc

Select the file grit and device speed according to the condition of the feet.
Work gently, without applying pressure, and follow the recommended angles:
30° – for smoothing
45° – for callus removal
10-15° – for polishing

Common Mistakes in Tool Care
Exceeding the recommended time or concentration of disinfectant, using low-quality solutions, processing wet or dirty tools, contact between bit notches during loading into a tray or ultrasonic cleaner, poor-quality equipment, or storing tools in a damp environment.

– Visually inspect the disc and files for any damage. Do not use damaged or deformed tools.
– Avoid overheating and vibration of the PODODISC during operation. Adjust the rotation speed and pressure accordingly.
– Follow the manufacturer’s recommended rotation speeds for each disc size.
– Use the tool only for its intended purpose.
– Do not degrease the surface of the disc before applying the adhesive file.
– Avoid contact of the adhesive layer with water or antiseptics, as this may reduce its adhesion to the disc base.
